A new upscale Indian restaurant called Bombay House Restaurant & Bar is set to open in July at 496 Polaris Pkwy, taking over a space formerly occupied by Winking Lizard, which closed in 2023. The restaurant is operated by the Kondhare family, who have designed a pan-India menu drawing on dishes from multiple regions of the country. The morning menu features a creative blend of Indian-inspired breakfast sandwiches, pastries, chai, matcha, coffee, and cocktails. Standout items include a jaggery, brown sugar, and sea salt latte topped with ube rice pudding cold foam, a mango ras malai croissant, and a tandoori chicken croissant spiral with pickled onions.
