Biryani Grill, which already runs successful locations in Aldie, Ashburn, and Chantilly in Virginia, is set to open at 13038 Middlebrook Road in the Germantown Commons shopping center, taking over the former Cafe Hong Kong space. The restaurant's menu centers on traditional Indian cuisine, with signature slow-cooked biryanis featuring mutton, chicken dum, and paneer prepared with basmati rice and aromatic spices. Tandoor specialties such as paneer tikka, fish tikka, and hariyali chicken complement the menu alongside hearty curries including chicken tikka masala, goat curry, and paneer lababdar.
