Brambleton Welcomes Amrut Dual-Format Indian Restaurant to Corner Plaza

The Brambleton neighborhood of Ashburn, Virginia is receiving a distinctive addition to its Indian dining landscape with the arrival of Amrut, a dual-concept restaurant that pairs an upscale full-service dining room and full bar with a fast-casual counter, all under one 5,700-square-foot roof.
Amrut Brings Upscale and Fast-Casual Indian Dining to Brambleton Corner Plaza
A distinctive new Indian restaurant called Amrut is headed to Ashburn's Brambleton neighborhood, bringing a two-in-one dining concept to the Brambleton Corner Plaza at the intersection of Northstar Boulevard and Evergreen Mills Road. The restaurant is a rebranded vision from the owners of the Biryani Grill chain, which had originally planned to open a third Biryani Grill at the Brambleton site. After reconsidering the market, the owners chose to introduce the entirely new Amrut concept instead. Amrut will span approximately 5,700 square feet and house two distinct dining experiences side by side. The upscale full-service restaurant will seat around 130 guests, offer a full bar, and present a menu featuring dishes such as Bang Bang Gobi, Baby Corn Pepper Fry, Gun Powder Prawns, Naga Chicken Wings, Mughlai Chicken Curry, and Nihari Lamb Shanks. The fast-casual side will seat 30 to 40 guests at a counter-service format and focus on South Indian tiffins, Indian-style pizzas, and sandwiches.
