Image License & Credits
This page explains where the images on Desi.Net come from, how they’re credited, and how you can license or request the removal of an image. It’s written in plain language and is informational, not legal advice.
Article & feature images
The hero and header illustrations on our news, blog, and city-digest pages are original artwork created for Desi.Net (including AI-assisted illustration produced and reviewed by our team). These images are © Desi.Net, credited to Desi.Net.
Reuse: you may share a link to the page the image appears on. To republish or reuse a Desi.Net-created image elsewhere, please ask first — write to us using the contact below and we’ll usually say yes for non-commercial, credited use (“Image: Desi.Net”, linked back to the page).
Business, venue & event photos
Photos of specific businesses, venues, or events belong to their respective owners or submitters and are shown to help readers. If you own a photo and want it updated or removed, tell us and we’ll act promptly.
Movie artwork
Movie posters and stills are provided via TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB; that artwork remains the property of its rights holders.
Map & place data
Location and map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and other open sources — see our data sources & attribution.
License or removal requests
To license a Desi.Net image, report a rights concern, or request removal, contact support [at] desi.net with the page URL and a short note. We aim to respond within a few business days.
