🍛 Amrut Brings Dual-Concept Indian Dining to Brambleton Corner Plaza
A new and distinctive Indian restaurant concept is coming to Brambleton's Corner Plaza, bringing a dual dining experience to the neighborhood. Amrut, set to open at the intersection of Northstar Boulevard and Evergreen Mills Road, will operate as two restaurants within a single 5,700 sq. ft. space. On one side, guests will find an upscale, full-service dining room with seating for approximately 130 diners, a full bar, and a menu featuring elevated Indian dishes such as Bang Bang Gobi, Baby Corn Pepper Fry, Gun Powder Prawns, Naga Chicken Wings, Mughlai Chicken Curry, and Nihari Lamb Shanks. On the other side, a fast-casual counter-service section with seating for 30 to 40 guests will offer South Indian tiffins, Indian-style pizzas and sandwiches, and other quick bites. Amrut is a new concept from the owners of Biryani Grill, a well-regarded local restaurant chain with established locations in South Riding and Ashburn. The Brambleton location was originally slated to become another Biryani Grill outlet, but the owners decided a fresh brand would better serve the Brambleton market. The restaurant's signage went up in December 2025.
