Amrut Restaurant Brings Dual-Concept Indian Dining to Brambleton Corner Plaza

A new Indian restaurant called Amrut is taking shape at Brambleton Corner Plaza in Ashburn, Virginia, introducing a dual-format dining concept from the owners behind the local Biryani Grill chain.
Amrut Restaurant Coming to Brambleton Corner Plaza
A brand-new Indian restaurant concept called Amrut is set to open at Brambleton Corner Plaza in Ashburn, Virginia, at the intersection of Northstar Boulevard and Evergreen Mills Road. The space was originally announced as a new outlet for the local Biryani Grill chain, which already operates locations in South Riding and Ashburn. However, the owners of Biryani Grill determined that a third nearby location of the same brand would create too much overlap and decided instead to launch an entirely different concept under the Amrut name.
The restaurant will span roughly 5,700 square feet and operate as two dining experiences side by side. One half will be an upscale, full-service restaurant with its own distinct menu separate from Biryani Grill offerings, along with a full bar and seating for approximately 130 diners. The other half will run as a fast-casual counter-service space with seating for 30 to 40 guests.
The full-service menu will feature dishes such as Bang Bang Gobi, Baby Corn Pepper Fry, Gun Powder Prawns, Naga Chicken Wings, Mughlai Chicken Curry, and Nihari Lamb Shanks. The fast-casual side will offer South Indian tiffins, Indian-style pizzas and sandwiches, and similar snack-focused items. The sign went up at the Brambleton location in December 2025, marking a visible step toward opening.
