Synopsis

Karuppu (Black) is a 2026 Tamil fantasy action film in which the guardian deity Vettai Karuppu takes the form of a lawyer to confront systemic corruption. Set against a courtroom backdrop that exploits a young girl awaiting a liver transplant, the film follows his efforts to protect her. The story features actors Suriya, Trisha Krishnan, and Balaji among supporting roles by Indrans, Natty Subramaniam, Swasika, Sshivada and Supreeth Reddy.
