Jaiswal is developing a solution to make complex written documents easier to understand for people who struggle with dense official language — a practical challenge in accessing government forms, legal papers, and healthcare information. Four winning teams from across the country will collectively receive INR 2 crore in grants along with incubation support. More than half of this year's Top 40 teams come from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, a point Samsung highlighted as evidence that grassroots innovation is no longer concentrated in metros alone.
