🕯️ Remembering Mike Glover, Nurse and Community Volunteer
Mike Glover, born on August 30, 1948, in Temple, Texas, passed away on December 1, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving behind a legacy of service both in healthcare and in his community. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War era and later built a distinguished career as a registered nurse at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, working in areas including the Cardiac ICU before transitioning into medical research. Beyond his professional life, Mike was a devoted scuba diving instructor, an avid cyclist who participated in well-known Texas cycling events, and a committed volunteer with the Temple Civic Theatre, where he also served as a board member. 🕯️ Shane Allen of Little River Academy Remembered
Shane Allen, age 66, of Little River Academy, Texas, passed away on August 28, 2025, at his home. Born on September 4, 1958, in Amarillo, Texas, he is survived by his wife, a daughter, a stepdaughter, seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. A graveside service with military honors was held in his memory, reflecting a life of family and service. [7]
