His selection is part of a broader national trend: more than half of this year's Top 40 teams come from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, demonstrating that meaningful innovation is flourishing well beyond the established metropolitan centres. The programme is implemented in partnership with FITT-IIT Delhi, and supports participants through human-centred design training, mentorship, and hands-on prototyping.
