The property will include an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, a gym, a health club, and a spa. Meeting and banquet facilities will include more than 5,000 square feet of indoor space and expansive outdoor lawns of approximately one acre, suited for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. The owning company, Try Alam Hotels Pvt. Ltd., is led by Mr. A. Bagurudeen and forms part of the Alam Group of Companies, which has roots in automobile spare parts before diversifying into real estate.
